For established wellness & lifestyle brands
When your customers ask ChatGPT what to buy, does it mention you?
More than a billion people now ask ChatGPT for advice every week. Which supplement. Which spa. Which trainer, which skincare, which brand. Rising Force makes sure the answer includes you, then turns that attention into revenue with paid media built to pay for itself.

Official AI search partner of BALANCE, the UK wellbeing magazineA two-minute experiment
Try this before you read another word.
Open ChatGPT. Type the question your best customer would type.
“What’s the best magnesium supplement in the UK?”
“Which spa hotel in the Cotswolds is worth the money?”
“Who’s the best menopause coach in London?”
Read the answer. Count the brands it names.
If yours is among them, congratulations. You are in a small minority, and this page will tell you how to stay there.
If it isn’t, ChatGPT hasn’t taken against you. It simply hasn’t been given a reason to mention you. Somebody else has given it one.
That matters, because the person asking isn’t browsing. They are about to buy, and they will very likely buy one of the names on the screen.
How AI decides
Why AI recommends some brands and ignores others.
AI doesn’t read your website the way a customer does. It reads it the way a researcher does, looking for facts it can repeat with confidence.
Most brand websites are written to be admired. Beautiful photography. Lyrical copy. Clean, conscious, considered. Lovely to look at, and almost impossible to quote.
Whether you are recommended comes down to three questions.
Can AI read you?
If AI crawlers can’t reach your site, or can’t tell a product page from a press release, you don’t exist to them. This is plumbing. On most brand websites, it is quietly broken.
Can AI quote you?
AI repeats facts: what’s in it, how much, the evidence behind it, who it suits and how it compares. Adjectives give it nothing to repeat.
Does anyone vouch for you?
AI trusts what independent sources say about you more than what you say about yourself. Respected editorial coverage carries real weight.
We fix all three. Most brands have never been told the first two exist.
The honest case
Is it worth doing now?
A fair question, and it deserves a straight answer. AI search is still smaller than Google. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. But three facts are difficult to ignore.
people use ChatGPT every week, and a growing share of them use it to decide what to buy.1
conversion rate for visitors arriving from ChatGPT, against 1.39% from non-branded Google search, across 94 ecommerce brands. They arrive having already made up their minds.2
appear in ChatGPT conversations about personal health. For many wellness questions, the organic answer is the only place to be seen.3
Every channel gets dearer once everyone arrives.
Google did. Facebook did. This one will too.
The brands that claim their ground early tend to keep it.
Where most brands start
The 14-Day AI Visibility Sprint
Fourteen days of focused work that makes your brand easier for AI to find, read, quote and recommend. One fee, paid once. No retainer, nothing to renew.
AI can find and read every page that matters
We set up crawler access, structured data and machine-readable brand information, so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI understand exactly who you are and what you sell. Nobody sees this work. Everything depends on it.
Your key pages, rewritten as facts AI can repeat
We rebuild your three to five most important pages around clear, specific, supportable facts: what’s in it, what it does, who it’s for, the evidence behind it. You approve every word.
Fair, structured answers to “X or Y?”
Buyers ask AI to compare. We build the comparison content AI draws on, so your brand sits at the centre of the questions your customers are already asking.
A before-and-after visibility report
We record who AI recommends in your category on day one, then run the same questions on day thirty. You see, in plain figures, what moved.
Baseline. We record who AI recommends in your category today.
Live. Every change implemented, approved and handed over.
Report. Same questions, same engines. What changed.
Cover. If the platforms change the rules, we update your work free.
Paid once. No retainer, no monthly commitment, and the work is yours for good. Less than most brands spend on a month of advertising, and it doesn’t switch off when the budget does.
Founding rate: £2,950 for the first ten brands this winter.
Our promise
If the platforms move the goalposts, we move your work. Free.
AI platforms change how they choose their sources, often without notice. If ChatGPT or any major AI engine changes the rules within 90 days of your sprint, we update your work at no cost.
The platform risk is ours, not yours.

Beyond the sprint
Other ways we help brands grow.
The sprint stands on its own. One fee, nothing to renew, and the results are yours to keep. Some brands want more, and for them we offer four further services. Every one of them is optional.

Fit
Who we work with, and who we don’t.
We are selective because the work only pays when the brand behind it is sound.
We work best with
- Established brands, typically £1M+ in annual revenue
- Supplements, nutrition and functional food and drink
- Skincare, beauty and personal care
- Fitness, coaching and wellbeing practitioners
- Spas, retreats, hotels and wellness travel
- Healthy living retail and lifestyle brands, large and small
We are not for
- Brands making claims they can’t support
- Start-ups still looking for their first customers
- Anyone hoping AI is a shortcut around a poor product
- Businesses that want impressions, not sales
Questions
What sensible people ask us.
Do we need a retainer after the sprint?
No. The sprint is complete in itself: one fee, and the work is yours for good. A small number of brands later choose our AI Growth Concierge because they want us watching over their visibility every month. It is entirely optional, and we only offer it once the sprint has shown what it can do.
Isn’t this just SEO with a new name?
It overlaps, and most of what we do helps your Google rankings too. But AI engines choose sources differently. They favour facts over keywords, structure over length, and independent verification over volume. SEO agencies rarely do this work, because until recently nobody asked them to.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?
No. Nobody can, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. AI answers vary from one conversation to the next. What we guarantee is the work, the measurement, and 90 days of cover if the platforms change.
How do you measure something that changes every time you ask?
The same way pollsters measure opinion. We run your category’s questions many times across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, and track how often you are named. We call it your share of the answer.
What about the ASA and health claims?
Every fact we publish is checked against the CAP Code and, for supplements, the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register. We would rather you were quoted accurately than removed for exaggerating.
We already have an SEO agency. Will this clash?
No. We work alongside existing agencies and in-house teams, and we share everything we change. Most find it makes their own work go further.
What do you need from us?
About two hours of your team’s time across the fortnight: a kick-off call, access to your website, and one person to approve copy. We do the rest.
Which website platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace and most custom builds. If your site has a content management system, we can work with it.
Can ChatGPT Ads work for us instead?
Sometimes. OpenAI doesn’t show ads in personal-health conversations, prohibits alcohol advertising and reviews health-related advertisers case by case. We check your eligibility before you spend a penny, which is one reason most brands start with the sprint.
The next step
Book a 30-minute call
Before we speak, we run the ChatGPT Test on your brand. On the call, we walk you through it: the questions your customers are asking, the brands AI recommends, and where you stand.
If we can help, we'll tell you exactly how, and what it costs. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.
P.S.Try the test yourself tonight. Ask ChatGPT the question your best customer would ask. If your name comes up, splendid; you may not need us. If it doesn't, someone else's does.
