Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply when you use risingforce.co.uk (the “website”), request The ChatGPT Test or book a call with us. The website is operated by Rising Force LLC (“Rising Force”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website. If you use the website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
The short version
- Our website gives general information, not advice, and past results are not a promise of future results.
- No one controls what AI assistants recommend or which ads platforms approve, including us.
- Our paid services are covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
- We are independent and not affiliated with OpenAI, Meta, Google or Perplexity.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
1. About us
Rising Force LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 109 E 17th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. You can contact us at michael@gorisingforce.com.
2. Using our website
- Our website is intended for businesses and for people aged 18 or over.
- You can use the website free of charge. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we don’t guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including the cookies our website uses.
3. Information on our website
The content on our website is general information about our services and our view of AI search and digital advertising. It is not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such.
Where we mention advertising rules, such as the CAP Code or the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register, we are giving a general overview. You remain responsible for making sure your own products, claims and marketing comply with the law. Please take your own professional advice where you need it.
AI platforms and advertising platforms change quickly. We try to keep our content accurate and up to date, but some of it may be out of date at any given time.
4. Results and case studies
Results shown on our website, such as sales figures, return on ad spend and improvements in AI visibility, come from specific past client campaigns. They depend on many things outside our control, including the product, pricing, budget, market, competition, platform changes and the client’s own decisions. They are examples of what has happened before, not typical results, and they are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve.
Testimonials reflect the experience of the people and brands who gave them. Client names and logos appear with their permission.
5. AI assistants and ad platforms
We don’t own or control ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google’s AI features, Meta or any other platform we work with. Those platforms decide what they show, recommend and approve, and they can change their rules and systems at any time without notice.
This means we can’t guarantee that any AI assistant will mention or recommend a particular brand, that any ad will be approved or delivered, or any particular ranking, placement, cost or result. Any specific commitments we make, such as our 90-day cover promise, are set out in your service agreement and apply only on the terms stated there.
6. The ChatGPT Test
- The ChatGPT Test is free and you are under no obligation to buy anything.
- It is a snapshot. AI answers can vary with the wording of a question, the person asking, their location, the time and the version of the AI model, so other people may see different answers.
- The results are for information only and are not a full audit or a guarantee of how AI assistants will treat your brand in future.
- When you request a test, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are entitled to share them.
- We may decline or limit requests at our discretion, for example if we receive automated or repeated requests.
- We won’t publish your results in a way that identifies your brand without your permission. We may use anonymised, combined findings from many tests to improve our services and in our own content.
7. Booking a call
Calls are booked through Calendly, a third-party service. Calendly’s own terms and privacy notice apply to your use of its service.
Introductory calls are free and without obligation. Nothing said on a call, and nothing on our website, is a binding offer or creates a contract. A contract only exists once we have both agreed a written proposal or service agreement.
8. Our services and prices
- We provide our services under a separate written agreement, such as a signed proposal, statement of work or service terms. If anything in these website terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies.
- Prices on our website are guide prices in pounds sterling. Unless we say otherwise, they don’t include VAT or other taxes, and they don’t include advertising spend.
- Founding or introductory rates are limited and may be withdrawn at any time.
- We may change our prices at any time. The price in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.
- Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platform, in your name. We don’t hold your ad spend.
9. Trademarks and independence
ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. Perplexity is a trademark of Perplexity AI, Inc. All other product names, company names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Rising Force is an independent business. Unless we clearly say otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies. We refer to their products only to describe the services we offer. Client, partner and publication names and logos appear on our website with their permission.
10. Our content
We, or the people who license content to us, own the intellectual property in our website and its content, including its text, design, graphics, logos, frameworks and reports. All rights are reserved.
You may view and print pages, and share links to them, for your own business purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt any substantial part of our content, or remove any copyright or trademark notice, without our written permission.
Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl and index our public pages, in line with our robots.txt file.
11. Acceptable use
When you use our website, you must not:
- use it in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that could harm anyone;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or attack it in any way, including by denial of service;
- use bots or other automated tools to submit forms, book calls or request ChatGPT Tests;
- give false information or pretend to be someone else;
- copy our content in bulk to republish it as your own; or
- use our booking or contact tools to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
We may restrict or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
12. Links to other websites
Our website links to websites and services run by other people, such as Calendly, AI platforms and publications. We include these links for your convenience. We don’t control those websites and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
13. Information you send us
- Please don’t send us confidential business information through our website or before a call. If you would like confidentiality terms in place before sharing detailed information, ask us.
- If you send us feedback or ideas about our services, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle any personal information you send us.
14. Disclaimer
Our website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the website or its content. This includes any warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or viruses.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, sales, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our website or your reliance on its content. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the website is limited to US$100.
These limits apply to your use of the website only. Our liability for any services we provide is set out in the relevant service agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
16. Indemnity
If you use our website for business purposes, you agree to indemnify Rising Force against any claims, losses, liabilities and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or our website, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
If you have a concern, please email us first. We will try in good faith to resolve it with you within 30 days.
If we can’t resolve it, the state courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both agree to their jurisdiction.
If you use our website as a consumer, rather than for business purposes, nothing in this section takes away the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where that law gives you that right.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The version published here when you use the website is the one that applies, so please check back from time to time.
19. General
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the website. Any service agreement we sign with you is separate.
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
- If we don’t enforce any part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
- Only you and we have rights under these terms. No one else can enforce them.
- These terms are written in English, and the English version applies.
